I received an email from the owner of Halstead back in August, it has been three years since any contact whatsoever. This individual stated that the blog contains several inaccurate statements and would like to resolve the situation without "escalating".
Also a phone call was received by my wife just this morning from a "representative" of Halstead. He was inquiring about our situation and would like to know what could be done to rectify.
This is all very comical and interesting at the same time. Why would we still be utilizing a useless piece of furniture built to inexact standards? I have moved on and am quite happy with a real Halstead Mattress custom made by Dean Halstead @ Calgary Matrress Makers. Clearly Halstead Mattress Maker dislikes this blogs page rankings when searching. Which is really surprising considering the many negative reviews this company receives. To that point, be very skeptical of the inexplicably positive rated ones when researching, they are all obvious and blatantly contrived.
